     The Indiana Zeta Chapter participates in formal recruitment during the Fall semester through Ball State's Panhellenic Council.  In the Fall and Spring semesters, we recruit through a process called Continuous Open Bidding, where interested women are welcome to come to events our chapter holds to get to know us better.
